Roushana Dean

Roushana is head of Finance and serves on the Matrix Board of Directors. She has more than 15 years’ experience in the financial industry.

She joined Matrix in 2006 as a financial accountant and subsequently took the role of finance and operations manager. She has additional responsibilities as the head of fund and investor operations. Prior to joining Matrix, Roushana completed her articles at Deloitte where she focused on clients in the financial services industry.
