Dain Winsnes

Dain joined Matrix in 2019 as a quantitative strategist and later made a transition to the fixed income desk. Currently, he is a portfolio manager on the Matrix Fixed Income Hedge Fund as well as a co-portfolio manager on the fixed income assets in the multi-asset fund stable.

Dain is a qualified actuary and worked in the actuarial consulting industry for four years prior to working at Matrix. He believes strongly in continuous learning, is self-taught in various programming languages and enjoys a balanced life – playing golf when he gets an opportunity.
